ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We understand the challenges of ordering jewelry online and know it's a personal, and at times, difficult decision. If you feel what you have ordered is not right for any reason, please send it back to us insured

The jewelry must arrive:

  • Unworn / Unopened
  • Within 14 days or receiving the order
  • In original packaging
  • With receipt of purchase 

If all of these requests are met, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping charge to your original purchasing method. If not, a gift card or store credit will be issued.

Please include all of your contact information inside of the package along with the jewelry. We cannot process returns without customer information enclosed. We also like to know why you are returning it, let us know in a note if you can! 

Notes about Exchanges + Refunds

  • We do not refund the shipping and handling costs once an order has been sent.
  • Prepaid shipping labels are not issued unless the return/exchange is due to a manufacturer defect or original shipping error on our part. 
  • When we receive your return/exchange in our returns department you will be notified and your return/exchange will be processed.
  • If the jewelry you are exchanging is less than the price of your original jewelry we will credit your account the difference.
  • If the jewelry you are exchanging in more than the price of your original jewelry we will need to collect payment before sending your exchange.
  • We are unable to repair damaged or broken jewelry after being worn.
  • Due to the nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the bag has been opened — no exceptions.

      We can offer returns for exchanges or store credits only, within 30 days of original purchase. Returning non-piercing jewelry must be unworn and in mint condition.
