If your party is interested in booking a group piercing appointment, please make sure everyone has completed the release form below.

We kindly request that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $25. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, this is considered as a same-day cancellation or a no call, no show and you will be charged a no show fee.
